Sale Terms Agreed
Once an acceptable offer has been received and accepted by you, we will write to all parties, including the respective solicitors, in the form of a 'memorandum of sale'. We will include any other relevant conditions of sale.
This is the time when exchange and completion dates should be planned. It is important to ensure that details of any extras included or excluded from the sale are specified within the memorandum.
Remember that nothing is legally binding (England and Wales) until contracts have been signed and exchanged.
