Before the tenancy begins, Hudsons will collect on your behalf a deposit and the first payment of rent from the tenant. The tenants are advised that this payment needs to be by cleared funds for the tenancy to begin.
We will advise the tenants about who is collecting the rent and who is managing the property for the tenancy.
